Governor Chris Christie was scheduled to spread more of his fraud and lies at Town Hall meetings when the second Sandy Contractor URS Corp. was ousted. The Town Hall meeting in Middletown was canceled. It’s questionable how many others were scheduled. Instead Governor Chris Christie and his family fled the scene for a vacation in Puerto Rico. Is Christie coming clean to his family before this crooked predator is arrested? Will Christie’s wife be arrested for her part in the scam against Hurricane Sandy victims to commingle funds she raised in the http://www.gapfundinginitiative.org? Will Governor Christie take responsibility for the harm he perpetrated to involve his own wife? Fleeing the State of New Jersey only reveals a coward and guilt. It’s time Governor Chris Christie pays the price for this criminal conspiracy and terrorism.
URS Corp. was a key contractor or project manager in the Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, Elevation & Mitigation “RREM” Grant Program. The “RREM’ Grant was for $150,000.00 to assist Hurricane Sandy victims in the rebuilding or reconstruction of their a homes from http://www.renewjerseystronger.org. The other two “RREM” Project Managers are Gilbane and CB&I Shaw. After review of an article released today by the Asbury Park Press, I disagree with statements to transfer URS Corp.’s projects to the other two “RREM” Project Managers. The other two “RREM” Project Managers, whom are strictly middlemen, should also be ousted. The existing program should be halted and a new legitimate program must be implemented right away to assist the Sandy victims.
As an employee whistle-blower on the “RREM” Grants corruption and criminal conspiracy many reasons exist to halt this program. All three of the “RREM” Project Managers should directly provide all home and land owners they assisted any rebuilding or reconstruction plans they began to implement. There were approximately 60 models of homes in three categories developed under this program. The “RREM” Project Managers acted as engineers but the whole program was developed backwards to drag projects on plus many criminal acts were already perpetrated by the three “RREM” Project Managers.
URS Corp. was a major developer of procedures besides other firms such as ICF International, Quadel Consulting and the already fired Hammerman and Gainer.
All three “RREM” Project Managers participated in a variety of criminal acts. These three firms received information that was a conflict of interest to the Sandy victims. The three firms were provided the following documents a Right of Entry, Lead Based Paint, Flood Plain Letter and Duplication of Benefits. The Duplication of Benefits document shared confidential information of insurance funds received and expenses a Sandy victim claimed. In essence, a variety of schemes were developed in the creation of a report titled Work In Place, “WIP.” This report had many serious problems which enabled kickback schemes, price gouging and price-fixing as to the costs of the project. As contractors these three “RREM” Project Managers should never have received the information.
The three “RREM” Project Managers made fees off of Asbestos Reports, Lead Based Paint Reports, plus the inspections to create the “WIP” Report. There were many errors and discrepancies with the “WIP” Report. The interactions by the three “RREM” Project Managers employees with the home and land owners and at times with the Housing Advisors were often filled with problems. The problems were not from the Housing Advisor but with the “WIP” Report or issues not correctly assessed by the “RREM” Project Managers which dragged out the process. The Lakewood Office always had excessive chaos and procedures changed daily.
Government mismanagement, fraud and waste were perpetrated by the management intentionally. This includes the oversight by Governor Chris Christie’s offices and the Department of Community Affairs operations under Commissioner Richard Constable III. Though the training of the Housing Advisors has come under scrutiny, the tremendous intentional mismanagement of the project was to cause excessive trauma between the Housing Advisors and the home and land owners. This trauma was created so the home and land owners, whom are the Sandy victims, would sign their rights away as under the 4th Amendment in the fraudulent Grant Awards documentation. The State of New Jersey and Department of Community Affairs could benefit greatly if problems arose to utilize the U.S. Court system. Every Grant Award signing was a serious mess and many problems existed as to the funds required for an escrow account.
NO Mainstream media source has revealed to the public the problems with the Grant Award documentation that benefited Governor Chris Christie’s operations. Even Fair Share Housing whom has hired attorneys on their payrolls has concealed this information. I myself have revoked, rescinded and repudiated my signature, all other Housing Advisors or any other signatures due to the potential harm perpetrated against the Sandy victims from the Grant Award and other pertinent documents. This sham seemed to be a continuation of the fraudulent foreclosure process which could entrap the Hurricane Sandy victims in the U.S. Court system.
There are many other issues that have existed in this program, especially all the lost or stolen documentation. It’s about time all the crooked firms are ousted. The RENEWJERSEYSTRONGER program must be removed from the State of New Jersey’s operations. Many contracted employees have been defrauded by Hostile employers Atrium Staffing, Quadel Consulting and Hammerman & Gainer. Workers Rights and Sandy victims rights were greatly violated in this firms implementation. The Federal Government should immediately make arrests and seize the operations to pay funds directly to the Hurricane Sandy victims so they may contract for their own rebuilding. Governor Chris Christie, Commissioner Richard Constable III and many others must be arrested for these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and TREASON. The additional trauma to the Hurricane Sandy victims lives is tragic and inhumane.
